2011 Season: Was fourth on the squad with a .315 batting average…started all 51 games for the Huskies in 2011 at first base…her 10 homeruns led the squad and ranked 11th in the NSIC…47 hits ranked fourth on the team while her 40 runs batted in were second-best and her 11 doubles ranked third…charted a .986 fielding percentage, totaling 399 putouts, 13 assists and just six errors…blasted a season-high four RBI against Lake Erie on March 6 under the Florida sun…was 4-for-5 in the stolen base category.
2010 Season: Started in all 42 games that she appeared in at first base in 2010…second on the squad with 33 runs batted in…her seven homeruns were first on the team and ranked ninth in the NSIC…third on the team with six doubles…3-for-3 in stolen bases…led SCSU with 322 putouts...a .983 fielding percentage…charted first career hit against Northern State on Feb. 26 in the Husky Dome…posted 10 multi-hit games in her rookie stint…swung for four hits twice in the season against Southwest Minnesota State (Feb. 27) and Bemidji State (Feb. 28)…tallied first career homer against SMSU on Feb. 28 in the Husky Dome.
High School: A 2009 graduate of Burnsville High School… a three-sport athlete…coached by Hillary Hanssen...three-time letterwinner in softball...landed on the 2009 Class AAA All-State squad...a 2009 Minnesota State All-Star player...team captain...All-Conference player in 2009...voted team's Best Offensive Player...earned the 2009 Burnsville High School Distinguished Athlete Award...lead prep squads to 2007 and 2009 Lake Conference championships...gained the "300" Club Batting Award twice...landed on the 2008 Lake Conference Honorable Mention team...her senior year the BHS softball squad went 14-0 in conference action...statistics were a .429 batting average, 15 runs batted in and a 1.000 fielding percentage...in softball posted a .525 on-base percentage, a .504 slugging percentage, and a .979 fielding percentage for the 16U Minnesota Irish Southwest raveling Club team …voted team Most Valuable Player…played with the Sting Elite Team during the summer of 2009.
Personal: The daughter of Steve and Cara Koski… has great athleticism and a passion for the game of softball…lists Joe Mauer and Justin Morneau as her favorite sports personalities... her greatest sports thrill was hitting a walk-off home run in the 11th inning at the North St. Paul Tournament against New Life Academy...pursuing a degree in psychology at St. Cloud State.
