2008: Senior season.…named Most Improved Player by her teammates...played in 14 matches on the year and earned six starts…tallied one assists on the season and 17 total shots…landed nine shots on goal for a SOG% of .529…tallied one shot against Concordia-St. Paul…took two shots, landed both on goal and tallied an assist for her first points of the season in 7-0 win over Minnesota Crookston…took one shot in 3-0 win over Wayne State…tied career highs with an assist and three shots against Minnesota, Crookston…took two shots, landing one on goal against Bemidji State…earned first start of the season on Homecoming against Upper Iowa and landed one shot on goal…started for the second consecutive game against then #3 Winona State…tallied one shot against U-Mary…against Northern State, tied a career high with five shots on the day, landing two on net…took three shots against Concordia, landing two on goal…took one shot against #18 Minnesota State in the NSIC Tournament.

2007: Saw limited playing time as a junior for medical reasons.

2006: Sauer played in 18 games for the Huskies as a sophomore...scored goal against Winona State...added assists against Northern State, Emporia State
and North Dakota.

2005: Sauer appeared in 19 games for the Huskies her first year and made 17 starts...tallied three goals and two assists for eight career points...was second on the team with 22 shots on goal...named team¹s Co-Rookie of the Year.

Before SCSU: A 2005 graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High...played for coaches Marie Muhvic and Larry Leton...won four soccer letters...named First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-Conference...was the team¹s second-leading scorer...a two-time team captain...helped lead her team to
the sectional finals as a senior...played in teh Wisconsin All-Star game...was a Scholar Athlete...member of the Honor Roll throughout high school...also played one year of tennis.

Personal:   Parents are Scott and Debbie Sauer of Stevens Point...sports management major and exercise physiology minor.
