Year: Sophomore
Hometown: Sauk Rapids, Minn.
High School: Sauk Rapids-Rice H.S.
Was tops among SCSU skiers at Central Region Championships in both the 5 and 10K, finishing in 25:23 (54th) and 51:39 (56th) respectively. Her best time in the 10K was a 42:06.9 at the FIS Super Tour in Cable, Wis. and she combined with teammate Stephanie Swenson to take 14th place (1:32:37) at the Minnesota All College Ski Championships.
Prow is a 2006 graduate of Sauk Rapids-Rice H.S and competed on the Nordic ski and softball teams for the Storm. She is the daughter of Jim and Gloriana Prow and is undecided on a major at SCSU.
