2008-09: Earned WCHA Scholar Athlete honors…posted first point of season with assist on game-tying goal at Minnesota-Duluth on Jan. 31…assisted on game-winning goal in game one of WCHA Playoffs on Feb. 27…played in 18 games, finishing at even on the plus/minus...went 3/6 in PIM…recorded eight shots.
2007-08: A mainstay on the Husky blue line, Fredheim played in 32 games as a sophomore...recorded two points on the season with an assist against Bemidji State on Jan. 5 and a second assist at Minnesota State on Nov. 1...was -1 with 7/14 PIM on the season.
2006-07: Fredheim made 19 appearances for SCSU during her first year...tallied her first collegiate point with an assist at Vermont on Nov. 3, 2006...was an even 0 in +/-...4/8 in PIM.
PRIOR TO SCSU: A 2006 graduate and five-sport athlete from Athol Murray College of Notre Dame Prep School...was named the volleyball team's most valuable player and most improved player...team captain...participated in cross-country, rugby, baseball and girls senior hockey...was a member of the Team B.C. Nationals two years in a row and was a member of the 2004-05 bronze medalist team.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Mark and Trish Fredheim of Campbell River, B.C. ...born on 6/15/88...says her family has had the greatest influence on her career...four-year honor roll student at Notre Dame Prep School...enjoys running, reading, scrap booking and listening to music... a pre-elementary education major at SCSU.
