2010-11: Scored a goal in her final collegiate game against Wisconsin on Feb. 26…tallied two points (1g, 1a) during her senior season…team captain…played in all 35 games in 2010-11…landed on the All-WCHA Academic squad…played in 98 games as a Husky, scoring four goals and six assists.

2009-10: Dished out three assists in 20 games played for the Huskies in 2009-10…was +3 in a huge 6-3 win over Minnesota on Feb. 13 in the National Hockey Center…completed her junior stint ranked third on the team with a +4 plus/minus…9-18 PIM…fired off six shots from the blue line…named to the All-WCHA Academic team.

2008-09: Scored first two goals of her career against Brown on Oct. 25, including game-tying tally…added third goal at Minnesota State on Nov. 12…assisted on goal at Wisconsin on Dec. 6…played in 34 games, finishing even on the plus/minus…posted 21 shots…went 7/25 in PIM.

2007-08: Recorded first career point and assist against Vermont on Jan. 19… was +4 on the plus/minus…saw time in nine games as a first-year defender.

BEFORE SCSU:  A 2007 graduate of Lane Tech High School in Chicago…All-State hockey player and team captain…has lettered three times…coached by her father, Dean Karouzos…since 2004, totaled 29 goals and 38 assists in prep career…was a member of the Colorado Selects Team in 2006 …a three-time Chicago Showcase participant…participated in the USA National Championships the past three seasons…a four-time selection to the USA Players Development camps in Lake Placid, N.Y. … was a member of Team Illinois from 2002-2005, where she scored 14 goals and 31 assists…three-time letter winner in softball.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Dean and Nadine Karouzos...honors student...enjoys dancing and traveling...born on 2/06/89...says her father has had the most influence on her career...double majoring in business management and finance at SCSU.
