BEFORE SCSU: A 2007 graduate of Lane Tech High School in Chicago…All-State hockey player and team captain…has lettered three times…coached by her father, Dean Karouzos…since 2004, totaled 29 goals and 38 assists in prep career…was a member of the Colorado Selects Team in 2006 …a three-time Chicago Showcase participant…participated in the USA National Championships the past three seasons…a four-time selection to the USA Players Development camps in Lake Placid, N.Y. … was a member of Team Illinois from 2002-2005, where she scored 14 goals and 31 assists…three-time letter winner in softball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Dean and Nadine Karouzos…honors student…enjoys dancing, traveling and doing artwork…born on 2/06/89…says her father has had the most influence on her career…plans to pursue a business marketing and communications degree at SCSU.
