2007-08: Scored first career goal at Minnesota on Feb. 16…was +2 against Vermont on Jan. 19…skated in eight games for the Huskies… finished her season -2 on the +/-.
BEFORE SCSU: Graduated from Bemidji High School in 2007…a three-sport athlete… scored 110 points during prep career at BHS…during senior season, she and her line mates broke the BHS line record, attaining over 150 points in a single season…a two-time All-Greater Minnesota Conference hockey player and a two-year team captain… three-time letter winner in soccer and softball…in soccer, Josefson was named to the All-Conference team three times and was a team captain…voted team’s Most Improved Player two years in soccer …chosen by her teammates as the 2007 Team Most Valuable Defender in soccer… named softball Rookie of the Year in 2004.
PERSONAL: Honors student at Bemidji High School…parents are Paul and Jane Josefson…named to 2007 All-State Academic Hockey Team… three-time academic letter winner at BHS…member of the National Honor Society…plans to pursue a degree in education at SCSU with a minor in psychology... born on 9/3/88.
