2010-11: Team Alternate Captain for junior season…totaled five points in 2010-11, including four goals…first point of the season came at Bemidji State on Oct. 29 with a goal…5/10 PIM…posted season-high seven shots on goal against Mercyhurst on Jan. 1 during the Easton Holiday Showcase in the NHC…WCHA Scholar-Athlete for second time in career…landed on the All-WCHA Academic team for the second straight season.
2009-10: Appeared in 36 games for the Huskies in 2009-10…totaled 10 points (3g, 7a) during her sophomore stint…tallied goals against Niagara University (10/2/09), Minnesota Duluth (11/6/09) and Bemidji State (1/29/10)…fired off a season-high six shots against Minnesota Duluth in a big 6-1 victory at the National Hockey Center…scored lone power play goal of the season against UMD in that same game, which proved to be the game-winner…was 9-18 in PIM…plus/minus was -8 on the season…a WCHA Scholar Athlete...landed on the All-WCHA Academic squad.
2008-09: Recorded first career point with an assist against Brown on Oct. 24…notched first career goal at Wisconsin on Dec. 6…tallied game-winner at Ohio State on Jan. 16…assisted on game-tying goal at Minnesota-Duluth on Jan. 31…posted 33 shots on the year…was -8 on the plus/minus and went 4/8 in PIM.
BEFORE SCSU: Toor comes to St. Cloud from Hartland, Mich. where she played for the Little Caesar AAA U19 club team...serving as team captain in 2008, she helped lead her team to a Michigan State Championship and National runner-up finish in their division...named the 2007 Championship MVP at the NAHA Labor Day tournament...at the 14U level, Toor was part of another State Championship team and earned the Fastest Skater award at the 14U national tournament in 2005...Toor also wore the assistant captain's "A" that season....a participant on the soccer team at Crestwood High School where she was a Third Team All-State pick her senior season...earned an All-City nod and was a two-time All-District and All-Mega League pick.
PERSONAL: Outside of the rink, Toor was a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Club and won the President¹s Education Award in high school...she was also recognized as Crestwood High School Salutatorian for 2008...daughter of Michael Toor and Dawn Bates, Brittany says Steve Yzerman has had the greatest influence on her career. .
