2006-07: Krause appeared in 12 games for the Huskies after battling an injury-stricken season...dished out three assists, including two against Vermont on Nov. 3, 2006...named to the All-WCHA Academic team.
2005-06: In her sophomore season after transferring from the University of Maine, Krause tallied one goal and three assists for the Huskies...scored her first goal in an SCSU uniform against Bemidji State on Feb. 25, 2006...finished season 5-10 in PIM.
PRIOR TO SCSU: A 2004 graduate of Moorhead High School....Krause was coached by Jim MacFarlane...played hockey for the Moorhead Spuds...named team MVP, team Playmaker and earned the Hustle award in four years of lettering....played softball at Breckenridge High School...named to the All-Conference team in softball after batting .500 her junior season and earning a .500 on-base percentage... named best infielder and best outfielder during her high school softball tenure....named to the North Dakota Selects team... scored 27 goals and 31 assists her senior year... a transfer from the University of Maine, Orono, where she played for one season in 2004-2005.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Darwin and Pam Krause of Underwood, Minn. ...born on June 1, 1986....states her sister Mandy has had the greatest influence on her career...enjoys painting and drawing in her free time...pursuing a criminal justice degree at SCSU with a minor in psychology.
