2010-11: Zabkowicz played in 19 games in his junior season for the Huskies... tallied two assists... named to the 2011 All-WCHA Academic squad.
2009-10: Zabkowicz played in 35 games during his sophomore year at SCSU...scored 12 assists and was an impressive +9 on the plus/minus...posted two assists in victory at the NHC vs. rival Wisconsin on Nov. 20...named the 2010 All-WCHA Academic squad.
2008-09: Zabkowicz played in 29 games for the Huskies in his freshman season... charted first career point as a collegiate player with an assist against Minnesota on Oct. 17, at the NHC...scored first career goal at North Dakota on Dec. 12.
Prior to SCSU: A 2005 graduate of Culver Military Academy...lettered in hockey and lacrosse at Culver, which is the same school where SCSU’s Matt Chapman attended...played junior hockey with Texarkana (NAHL) in 2005-06...played for the Sioux Falls Stampede (USHL) in 2006-07 and 2007-08.
Personal: Born June 2, 1987...parents are John and Dawn Zabkowicz of Greendale...older brother Tom Zabkowicz played college hokey at Maine...accounting major at SCSU... enjoys fishing, music and watching soccer.
