2010-11: Played in 38 games in first season at SCSU... fourth on the team with 18 assists... also recorded five goals during his 2010-11 campaign... had a powerplay goal against Miami on Oct. 15... added a shoot-out goal on Nov. 6 vs Bemidji state... two games in which he recorded three points, Feb. 11 at UMD and Feb. 25 vs Wisconsin... named the WCHA Rookie of the week (Feb. 15, 2011)..had three assists in win over Wisconsin on Feb. 25 at the NHC..2011 Roland Vandell Award winner (Rookie of the Year) at SCSU.

Prior to SCSU:  A 2009 graduate of Roger H.S...a varisty letterwinner in football and hockey at Rogers...All-Conference prep hockey award winner...also gained All-Conference Honorable Mention in football...named to Academic All-Conference teams in football and hockey at Rogers...played two seasons of junior hockey with Green Bay of the USHL...helped lead Green Bay to Clark Cup title in 2010...scored 13g/50a in two seasons at Green Bay...a 2010 USHL All-Star...selected by Detroit in the 2009 NHL draft (5th round/150th pick).

Personal:  Born Sept. 21, 1990...son of Jeff and Teresa Jensen of Rogers...enjoys fishing...his Dad played college hockey at Lake Superior State and was a draft pick of Colorado (NHL)...on Dean's List.
