2006-07: Had two goals and game winner against Minnesota Duluth on Jan. 20, 2007...also had two assists in win at Michigan Tech on Dec. 2...had a total of three goals
against UMD during 2006-07 season.
2005-06: All-WCHA Academic selection as a sophomore...scored two goals, including game-winner, in SCSU’s thrilling upset of #1 ranked Minnesota at 2006 WCHA Final Five before 19,353 fans at Xcel Energy Center on March 17, 2006...played in 38 games...notched 10 goals and four assists in 2005-06...also had two goals in win over UAA on Feb. 3, 2006...named WCHA Player of the Week on Feb. 6, for his three goals vs. UAA...marked two-point games against Brown and Colgate...scored goal in 2-2 tie against national champs Wisconsin on Oct. 21, 2005.
2004-05: Played in 36 games...hit season-high with three points (1g/2a) in win at Yale...scored unassisted goal at NHC against rival Minnesota on Dec. 10...had season-high two goals at Alaska Anchorage on Feb. 4...ranked second among SCSU freshman for scoring... posted three multi-point games in 2004-05.
Prior to SCSU: A two-year veteran for Sioux City (USHL), Hartman posted 20 goals and 29 assists in 2003-04...USHL All-Star game participant, Hartman participated with silver medal Viking Cup team and was named to All-Tournament team and selected as a Player of the Game in tournament...member of Select 17 Gold Medal team from Minnesota...helped Sioux City win USHL playoffs...2003 graduate of Apollo H.S., where he played for coach Craig Larson...three time All-Conference award winner and All-State recipient... named St. Cloud Times Player of the Year ...on high school honor roll.
Personal: Born Aug. 4, 1984...parents are James and Debra Hartman of St. Cloud... finance major at SCSU...enjoys fishing, golf and the area lakes... shoots right.
