2006-07: Brocklehurst saw action as a forward and defender in 2006-07...hit career game high with two goals apiece in wins over Minnesota and Clarkson...also equalled career-best with three points (2g/1a) in win over Clarkson on Nov. 18, 2006 at the NHC...All-WCHA Academic choice as a junior...wore #44 in 2006-07.
2005-06: Brocklehurst played in 41 games for the Huskies and ranked second among defenders with 23 points (5g/18a)...had three multi-point games in 2005-06, including a three-point effort in win over UAA at the NHC (1g/2a)...had two assists in game against Michigan Tech on Feb. 24...had first career GWG on Feb. 3 against UAA...an impressive +7 on the all important +/- ranking...All-WCHA Academic pick...wore #44 in 2005-06.
2004-05: Brocklehurst made immediate impact at SCSU on defense, as he played in 35 games as a freshman...carded first goal of career on Oct. 29 at Princeton (on the power play)...added first career assist the next night at Yale...posted two assists in win over Sacred Heart on Jan. 28...had two goals in four games vs. MSU in 2004-05...wore #26 in 2004-05.
Prior to SCSU: In 2003-04, Brocklehurst played for Alberni Valley and Powell River before finishing season with Victoria Salsa...notched 14 goals and 29 assists in 2003-04...recipient of Top Defenseman award for Victoria in 2003-04...a 2003 graduate of Wellington Secondary School.
Personal: Born June 10, 1985...son of Des and Karen Brocklehurst of Nanaimo, B.C...marketing major and real estate minor at SCSU...shoots left.
