The GORDY DIEKMAN Story
HIGH SCHOOL: 2008 Jefferson Senior High (Alexandria) graduate…coached by Rick Larson…four-time letter winner in golf and two-time team captain…three state appearances with 2006 State Championship team title… State Runner-up individually in AAA (70-72)…earned two letters in football…football captain.
PERSONAL: Son of Kyle and Shelly Diekman…names parents as the greatest influence on his career…enjoys being on the lake with his family and friends, tubing, wakeboarding and just sitting and watching the sun roll down as his favorite activities outside of golf…public relations major at SCSU.
