CROSS COUNTRY: Husky Men Retain 9th Place Status In Region Rankings

St. Cloud, Minn. -- For the second straight week, the 2009 St. Cloud State University men's cross country team was ranked ninth in this week’s Division II Men’s Central Region Cross Country Rankings.
This marks the third time that the Huskies have been regionally ranked under the helm of current head coach Seth Mischke. St. Cloud State broke into the top-10 in the regional rankings last week after sporting a fourth place team finish at the recent 2009 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships in Bemidji, Minn., on Saturday, Oct. 24.
The St. Cloud State men's and women’s cross country teams now prepare for the 2009 Division II Central Regional race, which is slated for Saturday, Nov. 7, in Wayne, Neb. For complete 2009 Division II Central Region Championship information, click here.
