2009 St. Cloud State Women's Cross Country

·       The St. Cloud State men’s and women’s cross country squads each placed second at the 2009 Pine Hill Invite on Saturday, Oct. 10, both improving from their 6^th place finishes last season at the Pine Hill Invite. To view the complete results from the Invite, click here.

·       The St. Cloud State women scored 57 points for second place while the Husky men charted 60 points for second place honors.

·       For the women in the 6K race, sophomore Brittney Moffatt (Coon Rapids) led the SCSU women with a ninth place finish and a season best time of 24:08.00, improving her race time by over 50 seconds.

·       Junior Hady Cherif (Minneapolis) placed fifth to lead the Husky men with a time of 26:51.00.

·       St. Cloud State will be idle until the NSIC Championships on Oct. 24 at Bemidji State University.To view the complete 2009 schedule, click here.
