2010: Junior season… Competed in one race for the Huskies in 2010… Placed 25th at the Saint John’s Invite with a time of 27:14.

2009: Sophomore season...ran in just one race for the Huskies on Oct. 10 at the Pine Hill Invite...placed 27th with a time of 25:17.00.

2008: First year... Prow ran in four races last year for the Huskies and scored a personal best time at the Minnesota Duluth Pine Hill Invite (25:01.7), placing 33rd overall…a member of the North Central Regional team.

High School: 2008 graduate of Sauk Rapids High School…coached by Rod Fuches…won three letters in cross country where she won Honorable Mention All-Conference Honors…her teammates also voted her the Most Valuable Runner…grabbed a pair of letters in track & field where she was named hardest worker and again earned Honorable Mention All-Conference accolades…also participated in figure skating…named female athlete of the year.

Personal: Daughter of Jim and Gloriana Prow of Sauk Rapids…says passing her senior free skating test after 11 years is her greatest sports thrill…PSEO student in high school…majoring in business.
