2007: Junior season…at season opening meet in Grand Forks on 9/14, the Ron Pynn Invite, finished 53rd in 21:52…at Roy Griak Invite in Minneapolis on 9/29, ran the 6K in 28:27.20 for a 246th place finish…ran 4K Minnesota State Open on 10/6 in 19:01 for a 29th place tally…finished season at the North Central Region Championships on 11/3 in Vermillion, S.D. with a 154th place finish in the 6K at 27:02.54…Dean’s list member.

2006: Sophomore season…placed 60th at NCC Championships with a time of 29:4.67…finished 143rd at NCAA Division II North Central Regional with a time of 27:53.65.

2005: First year…placed 152nd at NCAA Division II Regional with a time of 28:04.32.

High School: 2005 graduate of Coon Rapids High School…coached by Don Timm and Roger Gorham…four time letter winner in cross country…named Rookie of the Year…also a Team Captain…also won four letters and was a captain of the track team.

Personal: Daughter of John Sanders and Gail Owen of Coon Rapids…also a member of the track & field team at SCSU…majoring in social work with a minor in human relations.
