2006-07: Sophomore season…King suffered a season ending knee injury in early February. She charted her first career points as a Husky in the first game of the season. She tallied her career-high seven points against Minnesota, Crookston on 1/23/07. She ended this season averaging 2.4 points and 1.3 rebounds per game.
2005-06: A transfer from the College of Southern Idaho
High School: a 2005 graduate of Reno High...King is a four-time letter winner averaging 17.8 points, 5 assists, and 3.5 steals per game her senior season...member of the 1st team All-State...NevadaPrep.com “Player of the Year”...Nike Tournament of Champions All-Tournament team member...Sierra League player of the year...McDonald’s All-American candidate...member of Reno High’s 1,000 point club...holds Reno High three-point record with 185 career, 78 season and eight three pointers in a game...in 2004-05 was a nominee to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Medicine...Reno High Honor Roll student four years.
Personal: Daughter of James and Victoria King of Reno, Nevada...pre-medicine major at SCSU.
