High School: 2008 graduate of New Ulm Pubilc High School…coached by Lyle Ericson…two-time basketball letter winner…named All-State Honorable Mention…averaged 22.1 ppg, seven rpg, and once drained 40 points in a single game…also letter twice in football.
Personal: Son of Steve and Gayle Hawkins of New Ulm…lists his father as the person with the greatest influence on his career…favorite athletic quality is determination…undeclared on a major.
