Prior to SCSU: 2007 graduate of Morris High School where he participated in five sports, including basketball, football, baseball, track and golf...three-year letterwinner in basketball...averaged 20.0 points per game during his sophomore and junior seasons...as a senior he average 19.6 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals per game...scored over 1,000 points during his prep career...81 percent free throw shooter and 38 percent from three-point range...Honorable Mention All-State...holds school record for three-point baskets in a career and is third in all-time scoring...three-year letterwinner in football...named conference MVP and All-State in football...a high school quarterback, Witt threw for 3,400 yards in his career...he ranks second in Minnesota history for passing yards in a single season.
Personal: Born July 12, 1988...High School Honor Roll Student...younger brother of former Husky Forrest Witt who played for SCSU from 1999 to 2003...son of Holly and Jerry Witt of Morris...would like to major in statistics.
