The Brett Carmichael File

2006-07: Carmichael started the last five games of the season for the Huskies...scored a career high 18 points against USD on Feb. 24 and sent the game into overtime with his three-point basket...played in 20 games as he was limited by injury.

2005-06: Redshirt season.

Prior to SCSU: Transferred to SCSU from the University of New Haven...averaged 18 minutes per game in playing time last season and 2.9 points and three rebounds.

High School: 2003 graduate of St. Cloud Apollo High School...attended and played basketball at De?La Salle High School from 2000 to 2002...named Tri-Metro All-Conference and Conference MVP...All-Conference Honorable Mention at Apollo in 2003... attended Notre Dame Prep School during the 2003-04 school year...averaged nine points and nine rebounds on a team that posted a 34-7 record and finished as the second best prep school in the country.

Personal: Born on Sept. 19, 1984...son of Vanessa and James Carmichael of Elk River...political science major and business minor.
