BASEBALL: Update from the 2009 Red-Black World Series

Here is an update from the St. Cloud State baseball team's annual Red-Black World Series.  This intra-squad series of games is currently taking place here in St. Cloud.

Team Red evened the fall series in game two with a 15-11 slugfest victory.  The series is now tied one game apiece after Team Black took the series opener by a 7-3 earlier last week.

Game 3 will take place today (Oct. 5) at Apollo High School starting at 3:15 p.m.  Game 4 will take place at 4:30 p.m. at St. Cloud's Whitney Field on Oct. 6.  And games 5, 6 and 7 will take place later in the week with TBA locations and times.  Call Coach Pat Dolan for more details on this series of games at 320-308-3541.
