HIGH SCHOOL: Won three letters for the Spartan Baseball Team…he is seventh in Minnesota High School history with 24 consecutive scoreless innings…was an All-Conference pick and Most Valuable Pitcher his junior and senior seasons…helped team to state tournament in sophomore and junior seasons…won three letters apiece in football and basketball…was Second Team All-Conference in football and an Honorable Mention in basketball…won Academic Scholar Award in all three sports and finished in the top 10 of his graduating class…

PERSONAL: The son of Alvin and Linda Vossen…a 2008 graduate of ROCORI High…credits his father as the person with the greatest influence on his career…says his greatest sports thrill was twirling a no-hitter in the section final his senior season…enjoys hunting, fishing and being with friends away from baseball…is a mechanical engineering major.
