2008: Sat out the season as a red-shirt…
HIGH SCHOOL: Won three letters for Tech H.S. in baseball...earned All-Conference recognition twice to go along with an All-Area selection…participated in the Lion’s All-Star Game…also lettered three times in basketball and football…an All-Conference Honorable Mention pick for hoops…went to state semi-finals with the Tech football team his senior year, earning All-Conference and Honorable Mention All-Area recognition…
PERSONAL: Son of Dean and Sheila Laudenbach…a 2007 grad of St. Cloud Tech H.S….says playing in the state football semi-finals is his greatest sports thrill…regards Dick Vitale as his favorite sports personality…points to his father as the greatest influence on his sports career…undecided on a major at SCSU.
COACHES' TAKE:
"Nate has a power swing with potential to be a solid offensive threat. He has made the adjustment from being a high school shortstop to playing the outfield, and is expected to fight for playing time this spring."
