2010: Played in seven games for the Huskies...batted .250 in four at-bats...scored four runs and posted his only hit with a double against Wisconsin Parkside (2/7/10)...also scored a run and drove in a run in the game...scored a run against Bemidji State (2/26/10)...scored a season-high two runs against Minnesota, Crookston (4/19/10).
2009: Johnson earned All-NSIC Academic notice in 2009...batted .421 in 19 at bats for the Huskies in 2009...posted five runs, eight hits, one double and one triple at the plate...added six RBI in 2009...recorded his only triple in action against Rockford College March 8, 2009 in Arizona...had two RBI and two hits against Northern State April 26, 2009.
2008: Sat out the season as a red-shirt.
2007: Saw action in 13 games…batted .136 in 22 at-bats but still hit his first collegiate home run…inducted as a member of the Collegiate National Honor Society.
HIGH SCHOOL: As a member of the Lightning, Johnson earned two letters in both baseball and football and was named All-Conference Honorable Mention in both sports.
PERSONAL: Son of Marc and Connie Johnson of Eagan…A 2006 graduate of Eastview High School…on the “A-“ Honor Roll and member of the National Honor Society…Joe Mauer is his favorite baseball player…his dad has had the greatest influence on his career…a mechanical engineering major...on Dean's List at SCSU for three consecutive years and a member of the Collegiate National Honor Society.
