Hutch 2 VS Huskies 0

Hutch was paced by Keegan Maceman 1-2 run scored and Benny Sandeen who also was 1-2 with run scored

Yankees 14 VS Twins 5
Yankees were paced by Tim Sanford 2-3 two runs scored and Josh Wenzel 2-2 and two runs scored

Tigers 4 VS DC 2
Tigers were led by Andrew Eisenreich who was 1-2 with a run scored and Isaak Blitvich who was 1-3 with run scored

Blue Sox 5 VS Spartans 0
Blue Sox were paced by Beau fandel who was 2-2 with a triple

Red Sox 2 VS MN Squirrels 3
Squirrels were paced by Brady Yoerg who was 2-3

12:00pm

Red Sox 11 VS Huskies
Red Sox's were paced by Kurtis Burley who was 2-2 with two runs

Twins 5 VS DC 3
Twins were paced by Jordan Haas and Josh Wood both were 2-2 with two runs scored

Hutch 3 VS Yankees 6
Yankees were paced by Parker Knight and Josh Wenzel who both were 1-2 with two runs scored

Tigers 2 VS Blue Sox 7
Blue Sox paced by Grant Mackenthun who was 2-2 with two runs scored

Spartans 2 VS MN Squirrels 5
Squirrels were paced byAlex Hansen and Logan Schramel who were 1-2

Major League Division

Brainerd vs. St. Cloud Apollo at St. Cloud Apollo High School

Game 1:
Brainerd 5, Apollo/Alex    9
Starting pitcher Nick Denny led Apollo/Alex to victory by throwing 3 innings, while picking up 3 strikeouts.  Apollo/Alex catcher Alec Swanson led the offense by going 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored.  Brainerd’sstarting pitcher Dan Bendzick threw 3 shut out inning while picking up 8 strike outs.  Offensively, Brainerd was led by Joel Martin who went 2 for 3 with 2 rbi's.

Game 2
Brainerd 8, Apollo/Alex   2
In the second game of the day, Brainerd pitchers struck out 15 batters as they shut down the Apollo/Alex offense. The Brainerd offense was led by Casey Christenson and Alex Rohde who both finished with 2 hits in 4 at bats. Apollo/Alex pitcher Matt Korte threw 4 innings of relief allowing 0 earned runs while picking up 7 strike outs.  Jordan Erickson and Reece Haas led the offense for Apollo/Alex picking up 1 hit and 1 run each.

Apollo/Alex infielder Tanner Nicholson commented that "the Husky Fall League is a great opportunity to improve as a ball player because the level of competition is so great." Coach MacLean stated "he was impressed with the great attitude and excellent work ethics of the players on both teams.  These players were hustling on and off the field all day long, and played the game the right way!

Eden Valley-Watkins/Elk River vs. St. Michael Albertville/New London-Spicer @ Clipper Park

Game 1:
EVW/ER 7, STMA/NLS  

Game 2:
EVW/ER 6, STMA/NLS  2
Eden Valley-Watkins was able to edge out St. Michael-Albertville in two very competitive baseball games. Both games were close and all players had a chance to showcase their skills on this beautiful Saturday. Some individual highlights included Lance Johnson scoring three run and colleting 3 stolen bases in game one of the double dip.

Coaches were very pleased with the hustle of both teams and are excited to see the improvements from two weeks ago. Coach Kampsen would also like to thank both teams for their positive attitudes towards the umpire, their opponents, and the fans..

Cold Spring vs. Huskies @ the Cold Spring Ballpark

Game 1:
Cold Spring   6, Huskies          3

Game 2:
Cold Spring 9, Huskies 1
In game one Cold Spring’s Cole Schoborg lead the offensive attack with two big hits and three RBI.  Mathias Butala picked up the win in game two striking out 4 in three innings.

Little Falls/Litchfield vs. Sauk Rapids @ Bob Cross Field

Game 1:
Little Falls 3, Sauk Rapids  0

Game 2:
Sauk Rapids 6, LF/Litch 4
Little Falls was lead by senior right-handed pitcher Logan Kalis, who throw 5 inning of no hit baseball.
