Husky Stadium & Dome

Husky Stadium opened in the fall of 2004. This multi-purpose facility has seating for 4,198 spectators and is the home of St. Cloud State football and soccer. The field and stadium overlooks the scenic Mississippi River and features a state-of-the-art synthetic playing surface along with lights for night play.

In the winter months, the field is covered with an inflatable dome that provides outstanding practice space for many of the SCSU athletic teams and SCSU's recreation sports programs. When inflated, the dome offers one of the highest indoor domes in the upper midwest.
In fact, SCSU's softball team hosts annual indoor softball tournaments in the dome each year. SCSU's baseball program also takes advantage of the indoor dome to practice in during the winter months.
Other facilities include:
- Spacious Pressbox (which includes three radio booths and one booth for television)
- Coaches' boxes
- President's Suite
- Concession Stands
- Ticket booths
- Scoreboard
- Stadium concourse and bathroom facilities
- Elevator to the Press Box/President's Suite Level
Below the grandstand, complete locker facilities are available for SCSU's football and soccer teams, along with locker facilities for visiting teams and officials. The facility is also be used by area high school teams for football and soccer games, along with use by SCSU students for recreation and intramural programs.

Husky Stadium is connected to Halenbeck Hall by the new SCSU Student Fitness Center.
This facility offers all SCSU students a first-class fitness center featuring state-of-the-art fitness equipment including weight training equipment, treadmills and fitness bikes.
The facility also offers two dance studios and a climbing wall, martial arts studio, a massage room and a complete outdoor recreation equipment rental center along with office space and classrooms. Convenient access to Halenbeck Hall's South Fieldhouse is also available from the new Fitness Center.
