SCSU 2012 Summer Wrestling Camps
St. Cloud State University wrestling will offer youth wrestling camps during the summer of 2012. For complete information on these camps, please click on the link below for a PDF brochure. Starz of Tomorrow Youth Baseball Camps in Winter 2012
The Starz of Tomorrow Baseball Academy has announced their upcoming 2012 camps and events. A Monday night "Sandlot Series" will kick off the 2012 list of events. This game league is for 2nd-6th graders and runs from 5:15-6:30 on Monday nights running from January 23rd through early March. A 20 minutes instructional session by SCSU head coach Pat Dolanwill prelude each game. Space is limited at 50 players so sign up early!
Tuesday and Thursday nights will be the Hitting Leagues and Small Group Hitting and Pitching Instructional Sessions. These are open to 2-12th graders and schedulingisdone by email appointment only at Michael@StarzBaseballCamp.com Four player groups are recomended for cost saving, but individuals can register and be placed into a small group. Time slots start at 5:30pm and run also at 7:00pm and 8:30pm.
On Saturday, February 18th, the SCSU Coaching Staff along with 5 Hall of Fame Coaches will sponsor the 5th Annual SCSU Coaches Clinic. This clinic is open to all coaches and any baseball enthusiest. Both classroom and on field instructions will take place. This clinic runs from 9-3pm.
Also on February 18th is the Practice With The Pro's Clinic. Come learn the fundamentals of the game by the SCSU coaching staff and players and former Huskies playing professional baseball, Jordan Smith, David Deminsky and Nate Hammes and other professional players!
And lastly are the High School Spring Training Clinics on Friday's from 5-8pm in March for 9-12th graders. These instructional clinics will get players ready for their high school seasons with a lot of drill work. Also included are specific baseball strength and conditioning programs and a arm care strengthening program. A limit of 60 players can register for this camp, so sign up early
