Nordic Ski Endurance Camp on Aug. 2-7
An Endurance Camp for nordic ski athletes and cross country athletes will be held on Aug. 2-7, 2009 at the Cross Woods Camp in Mason, Wis. The camp will feature leadership from St. Cloud State University nordic ski coach Jeremy Frost and Northland College nordic ski/cross country coach Dave Beeksma. The camp is open to nordic skiers and runners entering ninth grade through 12th grade in 2009-10.
The cost is $230 per person, and the cost includes lodging, meals, instruction and a camp t-shirt. Activities at the camp include roller skiing, technique work, running, strength training, workshops, rock climbing, canoeing, mountain biking and swimming.
