Victoria Williams, Director: M.A. from St. Cloud State University in English, and a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota—Twin Cities. Vicky teaches COLL 110—Reading and Study Strategies, and COLL 120—Power Reading. She also serves as Chair of the Department of Academic Support and is Past President of the Minnesota Association for Developmental Education and Minnesota/North Dakota/South Dakota Regional Director for the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).

Cari Kenner: Cari teaches COLL 110—Reading and Study Strategies, and COLL 120—Power Reading. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota, her master’s degree from the University of Texas in Brownsville, and her doctorate degree from the University of Houston. Off campus, she enjoys weight lifting, canoeing, and bicycling.

Nancy Mills: Nancy teaches COLL 110—Reading and Study Strategies, and COLL 120—Power Reading and administers the ALC Tutor Program. She has a bachelor’s degree from Centre College and a Masters in Reading and Language Education from Boston University. Nancy earned her Ph.D. in Higher Education/College Teaching from the University of South Florida. Once she gets used to Minnesota weather, she will have more hobbies to report. In the meantime she enjoys reading, walking her dog, and doing yoga.

Courtney Vorell: Courtney teaches COLL110 – Reading and Study Strategies. She has a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and a Masters in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado. In her free time Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and being outside.
