Jim Knutson-Kolodzne (Ottawa)

Director

Jim is responsible for the direction and management of the AIC. Together with the AIC staff, in addition to providing programs and services, they work on initiatives to increase recruitment, retention, and the development of new methods of access and success for American Indian students. Jim is completing his doctoral degree from St. Cloud State University in Higher Education Leadership. He is an enrolled member of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians, Manistee, MI.

Office Manager

Heather Hammond is the Office Manager for the American Indian Center. She joined the American Indian Center staff in March, 2013. Heather graduated from SCSU with a B.A. in 2009, and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Instructional Design and Training.

Aaron Nordrum

Graduate Assistant

Aaron is the Graduate Assistant for the American Indian Center. He received his B.A. in Psychology and Community Psychology from SCSU in the spring of 2013. Aaron is currently pursuing a M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy.
