Transfer Student Checklist

SCSU Students talking
  • Register for courses after contacting an advisor in your major department
  • Activate your HuskyNet account and check it regularly
  • Send final college transcripts to the Office of Records and Registration
  • Fulfill the Respect and Responsibility requirement (click here for more information)
  • Pay tuition and fees or provide a down payment to avoid cancellation of registration (learn more about the Drop for Non-Payment Policy)
  • Get your SCSU Student ID card at the Campus Card Office, located in Atwood Memorial Center
  • Apply for housing through the Department of Residential Life
  • Contact Public Safety regarding parking permits
  • Check out Metro Bus information. SCSU students ride free
  • Apply for financial aid and scholarships through the Financial Aid Office
  • Explore the SCSU website to discover additional services and opportunities
  • Purchase books at the Husky Bookstore or online using Husky Books Express.
