- measure is used by 7 or more of SCSU’s 9 aspirant peers;
- measure is used by 6 of the 9 aspirant peers and also is a VSA measure;
- measure did not meet criteria 1 or 2 but is still an important/commonly used measure of institutional effectiveness.
