The Departments section provides information regarding
the 12 departments that comprise the College of Science and Engineering. Information
for each department includes their web site address (where appropriate),
links to St. Cloud State University’s Undergraduate and Graduate Bulletins (where appropriate); a partial list of faculty publications;
a list of undergraduate and graduate programs (where appropriate);
and faculty and staff contact information.
Each of the 12 departments offers pictures portraying
student-faculty collaborative research as well as lecture based
activities and research of students and faculty. Text for the pictures
provides, sometimes in quite detail, the scientific perspective
of the picture or image, the relevance of the picture or image to
a faculty member's or student's research project and/or the activities
of the students or faculty within the picture. We hope that the
pictures pique your interest and that the text provides answers
to questions that you may have, or, perhaps leads you to more questions
and a greater appreciation for the sciences. Enjoy.
